Personal Bio

Born and raised on the beautiful North Shore, Michelle has witnessed the transformational changes that have shaped Vancouver into the highly sought-after city that it has become. A household with two business savvy parents—a real estate developer father and an investment manager mother—meant the dinner table conversation was rife with talk about the business world. This ignited her passion for the real estate industry from a very early age.

After graduating from SFU with an Arts degree, Michelle attended BCIT and obtained two diplomas in marketing and sales management. Her real estate license followed, and she joined the industry in 2009 as a Sales Assistant at Polygon Homes. In 2010, she took on a sales post at Anthem Properties Group, which grew into a senior level position during her five years at the organization. Today, she is the Executive Sales Manager for the “Apex” condo project, under development by Denna Homes, in North Vancouver’s Lynn Creek neighbourhood. Michelle is also active on the North Shore and elsewhere helping both homeowners with the sale of their existing properties, and buyers who want to find the “perfect” home at the best possible price.

Michelle has been an active participant in the North Shore community for most of her life. Her early years were spent living a traditional North Van lifestyle; skiing, hiking, biking and exploring the many diverse surrounding areas of “the hood”. Over a decade in the business, Michelle has developed an intimate knowledge of all aspects of the residential real estate market and its nuances.

During her career, she has successfully closed more than seven hundred sales transactions involving over $600 million worth of product. She is an award-winning Realtor, a member of the REBGV Medallion Club and has received Macdonald Realty’s highest recognition, “Award of Excellence”. Her passion to excel and her local market experience make her a top choice for sellers and property developers. She specializes in the North Shore and Sea to Sky communities.
